By accessing or using the website at TheHamster.ca and our business listing management services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Description of Services

TheHamster.ca provides local SEO and business listing management services, including but not limited to the setup, optimization, and ongoing management of profiles on third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, and Bing Places.

3. Your Responsibilities

To provide our Services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business.
• Grant us the necessary administrative permissions to manage your profiles on third-party platforms on your behalf.
• Ensure you have the legal right and authority to represent the business entity for which you are utilizing our Services.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services heavily interact with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Apple, Microsoft). You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not control these third-party platforms and cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, map placements, or algorithmic outcomes.
• These platforms may change their rules, algorithms, or interface at any time, which may affect your listing's visibility.
• You are subject to the individual Terms of Service and user agreements of those respective third-party platforms.

5. The Visibility Checker Tool

The "Visibility Checker" provided on our website is an estimation tool designed to provide a snapshot of public data. It is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of the reports generated, and its use is subject to the fair use limit of 3 reports per visitor every 48 hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TheHamster.ca, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) any changes made to your listings by the third-party platforms themselves.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
